The 200 year old traditional cottage is a semi-detached Cornish home situated just yards from the delightful village square with its 14th Century church, and only 1 mile from the nearest beach. 

A small enclosed paved area, in front of the cottage, leads through a stable door into a cosy beamed sitting/dining room with pine furnishings and inglenook fireplace with wood burner. A flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD, and hi-fi system are provided, as well as Wi-Fi at no additional cost.  The recently refurbished fully fitted kitchen has an electric oven cooker with four ring hob plus microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. 

 

 

 
Stairs lead to the three double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds, and to an attractively decorated bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin, WC, heated towel rail and airing cupboard.
 

Immediately opposite the cottage is a walled patio area with garden furniture and washing line, ideal area for barbeques in summer evenings. Car parking is 50 yards to the right of the cottage. St Keverne is one of the most popular villages on the Lizard Penninsular. It boasts a small supermarket, newsagent, Post Office, quality butcher, an excellent organic restaurant plus two pubs all serving a variety of good food.

There are beaches close by at village locations such as Porthoustock, Porthallow, Godrevy Cove along with the popular harbour village of Coverack. Boats can be hired at Helford River and St. Anthony. There are plenty of foot paths networking the whole Lizard Peninsular and beautiful gardens to visit within the local area.
